Prices Above Include
• Gîte rental up to a maximum of 4 per gîte
• Bedding, household linen and towels
• Electricity and Gas (reasonable average consumption)

Damages Deposit On arrival you’ll be asked to verify the inventory list in your gîte/s. Once you’ve done this we require a 200,00 Euros damages deposit per gite (cash or €uros cheque drawn on a French bank). This cash (less any deductions for damages) will be refunded to you once the departure inventory check is completed and the keys returned.
Cleaning
Cleaning services are not included in the price of your stay - all guests are requested to clean their gite before departure. If you do not wish to do this or, in our opinion your gîte requires cleaning, a minimum fee of €80 will be deducted from your damages deposit.
Weekends & Long Stays We're very happy to accept bookings for weekends or long stays. Please contact us for prices and availability.
Pets
We welcome small pets and make no charge for them although, they are not permitted in the bedrooms. For your information, we have our own animals nearby which include dogs, cats and horses.
Payment
Our prefered method of payment is via Paypal secure on-line payments. We also accept payment in cash, £ Sterling Cheque or €uro Cheque drawn on a French bank.
