ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Your Arrival
Check in is normally after 16:00 on the day of arrival - although this can be flexible. We will be available on your arrival and will provide you with a set of keys and complete your inventory check.

The beds will be made up with fresh bed linen, duvets and pillows, and you will find your towels in the bathroom/s. During the winter season we provide logs for the wood burning fireplace/s. The fireplaces are linked to hot water radiators - supplemented with electric heating if necessary.
Your Departure
Check out is before 12:00 midday on the last day of your stay unless agreed otherwise. This gives us time to get the gîte/s ready for the next guests. Please ensure that all heaters (incl the towel rail/s in the bathroom/s) are switched off before leaving. Please ensure all windows are closed.
Please leave your gîte/s in a clean and tidy condition with all inventory items returned to their original location ready for checking. Once the inventory check has been completed, we will return your damages deposit less any deductions for breakages/damage and cleaning. Please remember to return your keys.
Recycling bags are provided for most waste items - please help us to recycle as much as possible. The rubbish bins are located outside.
