The double room overlooks the Lèze Valley and surrounding fields whilst the bunk room has direct access onto the large South facing terrace (90m²). Plenty of wardrobe / storage space is available. All beds are equipped with mattress covers, under-sheets, duvets, pillows and bolsters - additional blankets are available if required.

The large open-plan lounge / dining / kitchen area (21m²) is light and airy with double doors opening out onto the South facing terrace (90m²). The lounge area is equipped to a high standard incorporating comfortable wicker furniture and a wood-burning open fireplace. A TV, DVD player and CD/Radio system are provided.

In the modern fully fitted kitchen / dining area there is a large fridge/freezer (227L) , dishwasher, microwave oven, cooker with mixed gas/electric hob and electric oven - together with plenty of storage space, preparation surface and a stainless steel sink area (1½ sinks). Also provided are a pressure cooker, kettle, toaster and cafétiére along with crockery and cutlery.
The fully tiled shower room (3.m²) consists of a shower unit, wash basin with mirror, storage units and heated towel rail. The WC is in a separate room.

In the cellar utility area a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and hoover are available. The dedicated garden area for this gîte is at least 200m² although access to the 12 hectare (approx 25 acre) domaine is available.
